1. What methods do you accept?

We currently accept credit, debit, Mastercard, Interac or PayPal.

You can even use your credit, debit or Mastercard on Paypal without account.

2. Who is responsible to pay customs duty and value-added tax (VAT)?

JessyJess | Boutique does not prepay and is not responsible for any customs duties, value-added taxes, or any other costs and fees associated with international shipments. Please be aware that depending upon your country, you may incur additional substantial costs to receive your items.

3. My credit card was declined, what do I do now?

The majority of declined payments occur because of an incorrect billing address. Ensure that the address is entered accurate and complete. If the problem persists, reach out to your banking institution.

4. If I received a defective item, what should I do?

9. I would like to exchange an item for a different size, what do I do?

JessyJess | Boutique accept exchanges and return items. We suggest purchasing a different size or item and returning the original piece. You can return your items on 3 days and 15 days maximum.
